Lotís Wife

God looked with great favour upon this man. It was
for that reason that the Lord's angel carried His
warning to Lot informing him that he & his wife
should flee. Sodom & Gomorah were doomed. Both
towns were to be destroyed. Their destruction was imminent.

Heeding God's warning, Lot & his wife fled the area
while unaware of their fate, the unhabitants of the
towns continued with their licentious practices &
life styles.

Lot & his wife were a safe distance away when sud-
enly destruction struck. Fire & brimstone fell from
the Heavens. Flames rose & smoke & acrid-smelling
fumes swirled through the air, blanketing out all
vestiges of the dens of iniquity.

Thinking of the Lord's warning to them to get away
& wondering what all was happening far behind
them, Lot's wife gave into temptation. Turning
her head, she looked back.
